This is our chosen Charity - and we think its very worthwhile and would be so very grateful for any help you can give.
The video explains the background and role of the charity but in essence they collect hygiene and personal care products from those able and kind enough to donate and arrange the re distribution to those in greatest need.
At the Body Works we have committed to support the charity by providing a free PT session to everyone able to donate £45 of Hygiene product.
You dont have to donate all in one go, we are happy to total up your donations and allow you to claim when you reach the £45 target.
Equally - You can claim as many sessions as your donations allow - the more the Fitter !!!
General donations can be made at all large retailers in Winchester and Romsey, however if you wish to claim your Free Personal Training session then either email John contact Dawn as below and we can advise how to make the donation and claim your reward. !!
